Jetset Visas is a UAE visa application service, guiding travelers through nationality-specific requirements, document uploads, and processing tiers for entry visas into the UAE. It sits alongside Excursions Dubai, Safaris UAE and Tawaf Essentials in the same travel portfolio, serving a similar mobile-first, international audience.
The Tech Stack
The site follows the same architectural family as its sibling platforms a React and Redux frontend built with Vite, with Shopify's Storefront API used as a flexible, hosted backend for structured application data rather than a physical product catalog. WhatsApp is wired in at the code level, giving applicants a fast way to ask questions or confirm documents mid-application.
How It Was Built
Visa applications are inherently document- and step-heavy, so the frontend is built around a guided, multi-step flow rather than a single long form collecting nationality, travel dates, and required documents in stages, with validation at each step to reduce abandoned applications. Reusing the same headless architecture as the company's other UAE travel sites meant the application flow, document handling, and WhatsApp integration could be built on proven infrastructure rather than from scratch.
Outcome
By treating a visa application the same way the rest of the portfolio treats a tour booking a guided, mobile-first flow with a human fallback via WhatsApp the platform turns a naturally bureaucratic process into something closer to a standard e-commerce checkout.
