The Tech Stack
It's built on the same pattern as Excursions Dubai and Safaris UAE: a React and Redux single-page app built with Vite, with product data served from Shopify's Storefront API, and WhatsApp integrated directly into the purchase flow rather than layered on as a widget.

What sets this build apart is how central WhatsApp is to the purchase experience customers can complete a purchase and receive delivery confirmation through a WhatsApp conversation, which fits a pilgrimage audience that, across many regions, is more comfortable messaging than filling out card-payment forms.
An on-site product search and multi-currency pricing support an international audience shopping from different countries ahead of their trip.
Outcome
For a digital-and-physical product mix aimed at a global pilgrimage audience, building WhatsApp in as a genuine part of the purchase path not just a chat widget is a considered fit for how this audience actually prefers to shop.
